The body of this Made-in-Japan technological jewel is made of Zaion, a carbon-based composite super-material developed at Daiwa, which provides the structural rigidity typical of metals combined with unparalleled lightness (rigidity equal to that of aluminum with 50% less weight).

The use of aerospace-derived Magsealed technology ensures great durability and reliability: a special magnetized oil membrane protects the internal mechanics from water and dust, extending the life of the reel and improving smoothness.

Slow swing reeling (Slow Cross Wrap) enables better line pick-up and generates superior casting performance.
