We are looking for a part time resource 25 hours per week for our Milan office to be placed in general services and company secretary.

The figure sought will be responsible for:

– Welcoming guests
– Filtering calls from the switchboard and sorting email and internal mail
– Travel and hotel reservations
– Management of the company’s management and managers’ agendas
– Management of small office supplies and general office services (telephone supplies and coordination with internal infrastructure providers)
– Update data on the architecture of the technology infrastructure.
– Physical and digital organization and archive
– Internal support for business, logistics and administrative activities

It is required :

– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
– Part-time availability Monday through Friday
– Registration in the lists of protected categories art.1 – L.68/99
– Good knowledge of the OFFICE package

A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered, aimed at permanent employment, CCNL trade.

POSITION SOUGHT

For our Milan branch, we are looking for an Afterservice Officer, who will be responsible for supporting the customer in the after-sales phase, ensuring efficient operational and logistical management. The figure will play a central role in assisting and improving the services offered, with responsibilities that will be explored in depth during the interview.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory technical skills (hard skills):

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken.

Mandatory soft skills:

  • Accuracy , self-critical spirit and learning orientation.
  • Strong aptitude for working in a multicultural work team combined with excellent adaptive skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on positive interaction with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and independent management of time and priorities.

Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
  • Coming from the sport fishing industry or strong passion for this field.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of Japanese culture, customs and business practices.
  • Knowledge and mastery of the eSOLVER ERP management system.
