After service
In line with our after-sale policy, original Daiwa spare parts are guaranteed for at least 3 years from the date of product release from the catalog.
To ensure safe, transparent service that respects the integrity of the product, we can accept for service only those items for which all the necessary repair parts are still available.
This approach avoids the possibility that if further damage is found during inspection, the product cannot be properly restored due to the unavailability of spare parts.
