For products that are no longer in production, Daiwa guarantees repair or replacement within 3 years of going out of production.

To receive service on a product under warranty, you can contact your local Daiwa dealer, who will arrange for our Customer Service Department to send you

Unfortunately, Daiwa Italy is unable to provide support for products purchased abroad: you must refer to the store where you purchased the product.
