The Luvias Match Long Distance Lake Trout series represents the next generation of competition rods for lake trout fishing. After years of waiting, Daiwa is reintroducing a completely revamped design, designed on just four specific models to meet the most current needs of the modern lake trout.

Designed to offer high-level performance and keep intact the reliability that has always distinguished the Luvias name, this series features SVF Nanoplus carbon construction, a material that ensures sensitivity and responsiveness at every stage of fishing.

X45 technology minimizes shaft twisting, enhancing stability and casting accuracy, while V-Joint Alpha spigot couplers ensure a natural, progressive curve, critical in both ferrying and during retrieval.

Megatop ‘s full carbon vectum amplifies the perception of the most delicate touches, making each rod a direct extension of the angler’s sensitivity.

The components are up to competitive demands: Fuji K-Guide rings in Alconite for smoothness and strength, solid and precise Fuji INS reel seat, and original Daiwa hook stopper for maximum convenience. The Spine Alignment System ensures perfect alignment of the rings on each section, optimizing the action of the rod.

Finally, the integrated balance in the bottom cap with adjustable weights allows for customizable balancing, adaptable to each angler’s style.
