Overview

The Presso Rattlin’ Wake Bug 28HF is a high-floating crankbait developed to maximize effectiveness in the most technical stages of trout area game.

Developed under the supervision of top Japanese tester and troutsman Hiroki Wada “Koki,” this small but deadly artificial is designed to offer maximum attractiveness on the surface and high probability of ferreting even in the most difficult moments of the race.

Utilization techniques

With the basic stop-and-go technique, the Wake Bug slowly rises to the surface in the pause phase, triggering the instinctive reaction of the fish in follow.

The rising speed has been carefully calibrated to make it difficult for fish to “read” the artificial, increasing the likelihood of attack.

By alternating stops and light rod actions, you can actively manage the surface, creating ripples with the paddle and containing the movement distance.

This allows the Rattlin’ Wake Bug to stay in the strike zone for a long time, stimulating even the most listless fish.

SaqSas Technology

Saq Sas technology is a special treatment that increases the hook’s ability to penetrate the fish’s mouthparts, much more than a traditional hook. Through a thin layer of fluoride applied to the hook surface, penetration capacities increase by more than 40 percent (average 20 percent) of cases where this treatment is not present. Thanks to this technology, you will be able to bait even the most listless fish and better feel even the “shyest” eats.
